Shipping Policy
At Yehudity, we know you are excited to wear your new head covering, so we pack and ship quickly and carefully. Everything you need to know is below.
Order processing
Orders are packed and shipped from our Hollywood, Florida studio within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Friday, Shabbos or Jewish holidays are processed on the next business day.
United States shipping rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all US orders of $100 or more - arrives in 3-4 business days.
- Standard Shipping - $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb, or $9.90 for 1-5 lb - arrives in 3-4 business days.
- Economy Shipping - $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb, or $9.90 for 5-70 lb - arrives in 5-8 business days.
Your exact rate is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Local delivery may also be offered at checkout for eligible nearby addresses.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. At checkout you can choose DHL Express Worldwide, or USPS First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, or Priority Mail Express International. Rates and transit times are calculated live at checkout for your address. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and a live tracking link. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email Karen@yehudity.com and we will check on it right away.
Delays
Delivery can take a little longer during Jewish holidays, major sale periods and severe weather. If your US package has not arrived within 10 business days of its ship date, or 30 days for international orders, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier immediately.
Lost or damaged packages
We stand behind every order. If a carrier confirms your package was lost in transit, we will send a replacement at our expense or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days and we will make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will gladly reship it once it arrives back to us, with reshipping charges applied.
