If for any reason you changed your mind and you want to cancel your order, please email us asap to info@yehudity.com , or try to contact us through our WhatsApp button.
-Once we get your request, one of our staff members will contact you, and will help you to solve it to your satisfaction.
-If your order has already left our facility, and is on its way to you, we will not be able to cancel it, but you are more than welcome to either return it once you get it, or contact us and we will solve it together to your satisfaction.
There are a few different reasons that can cause a delay in your shipping, such as weather, and Holidays season.
 Please check your tracking updates with the shipping carrier. If you haven't received your order within 10 business days, please email us at info@yehudity.com (have your order number and tracking number available)
RETURNS
Our customers' satisfaction is one of our top priorities.
We accept returns 21 days after purchase.
Items need to be in-Â new, unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached (when applicable).Â
In order to receive a refund in the form that you paid, please send the item back within 21 days of your purchase date.
Please visit our return center to start a return process.

Please know that the cost of the label will be deducted from the total refund.
You will get your refund back to your original payment method.
If you receive an item that is damaged or is different from what you ordered, we ask that you kindly report it to info@yehudity.com within 10 days of getting the item.
Please, also include your order number and photos of the damaged/different item.
